Privacy Policy
A small website, with a simple approach to your information. Here’s what happens when you visit or get in touch.
Effective 3 October 2026
Who we are
COHENTRA LTD is the controller of personal information covered by this policy. We are a company registered in Cyprus, registration number HE 497555, with our registered address at Pallados 11, 8046 Paphos, Cyprus. You can contact us at info@cohentra.ai.
This policy covers cohentra.ai and enquiries sent to the studio. Our apps may have their own privacy notices describing their particular features and data use.
What we receive, and why
When you visit: our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times to deliver the website, maintain availability and prevent abuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website.
When you email us: we receive your email address, name if provided, and anything you choose to include in your message. We use this to reply and manage the conversation. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract where applicable. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you to reply.
Cookies and tracking
We do not add advertising cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels or third-party embeds to this website. Fonts are hosted with the site. The playful controls do not save your choices or send them to us. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security technologies to protect the site; these are not used by us for advertising.
We do not sell personal information or use this website for profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Service providers and transfers
We use Cloudflare for hosting and security, and Proton Mail for business email. These providers handle information as needed to provide their services. We may also share information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
Our providers may process information outside Cyprus or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.
How long we keep information
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship. We may retain relevant records longer where required by law or reasonably needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Technical information is retained under the relevant provider’s operational and security retention arrangements. We do not maintain a separate visitor analytics database.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive a portable copy where that right applies. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Email info@cohentra.ai to make a request. We may need to confirm your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or the supervisory authority where you live or work.
Changes and questions
We will update this page if our practices change and revise the effective date. For any privacy question, write to info@cohentra.ai.
